Here is where it all started, being supported by ETH Zurich as a student project, Polyglace was Bongusto's first location in Zurich. ETH is our home and this spot is dear to us. Every summer, we bring some exam relief to students with our stand. 12 flavors new each day, along with drinks and smoothies.
